All virtual training programs are designed to hit each client’s specific goals. I specialize in weight loss, fat loss, strength, and endurance training: Virtual programs include 3-4 weekly workouts (at home or gym available), a nutrition guide with recipes, and weekly accountability check-ins. You will have access to me 24/7 for any questions or concerns.
